I had a lady named cookie tell me that I lost $15,000 in financial aid because she didn’t find the paperwork i actually sent in…did they think having a lady named cookie would ease the pain…FML.

  I actually sent it all. It’s in appeal. I have fax logs to prove it all. So it really wasn’t my bad bbut after hearing it I thought I didnt…hence fml
